DinoTale AI is designed especially for children aged 2–9 years old, and we strictly comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids in the EU), and the Turkish KVKK law to protect children’s data.
 
1. Information We Collect

a) Information provided by users
Users may take a photo or upload images from their gallery.
 
Users may select story themes (seasonal, day/night, main character, narrator voice).
 
Premium subscription details (weekly or monthly) are collected through App Store or Google Play purchase confirmation.
 
b) Information collected automatically
Device information (operating system version, device model, app version).
 
Usage information (number of stories created, selected themes, anonymous only).
 
c) Information we do not collect
We do not collect a child’s name, age, address, phone number, or location.
 
Stories are stored locally on the device and never uploaded to our servers.
 
 
2. How We Use Information

To provide story creation, image processing, and narration features.
 
To process and verify premium subscription purchases.
 
To improve app performance and fix technical issues using anonymous analytics.
 
 
3. Data Storage and Security

Stories and images remain only on the user’s device.
 
Payments are securely processed by App Store and Google Play; we do not access payment details.
 
Anonymous usage data is stored for a maximum of 12 months before deletion.
 
 
4. Children’s Privacy

DinoTale AI is designed for children aged 2–9.
 
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
 
Parents give consent when approving purchases or subscriptions.
 
If personal data is collected unintentionally, it will be deleted immediately.
 
 
5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Weekly and Monthly subscription plans are available.
 
Payments are managed by App Store and Google Play only.
 
We do not process or store credit card or banking information.
 
 
6. Third-Party Services

Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases (for payments).
 
Anonymous, child-friendly analytics (non-personal data only).
 
No personal information is shared with third parties.
 
 
7. Your Rights

Parents can request deletion or correction of their child’s information.
 
GDPR users (EU/EAA) can request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
 
KVKK users (Turkey) can request information about data processing.

Stories and images are kept on the device.
 
If transfer is required, it will only be made to GDPR-compliant countries.
