These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DinoTale AI mobile application (“App”) provided by RN STÜDYO TEKNOLOJİ YAZILIM VE DİJİTAL İÇERİK HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. (“RN Studio”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using DinoTale AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

DinoTale AI is primarily designed for children aged 2–9 years old, with parental supervision.
By using the App, you represent that:
a) You are either a parent/legal guardian supervising a child user, or
b) You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Use of the App

DinoTale AI allows users to:
- Upload or capture images.
- Generate AI-powered children’s stories.
- Select characters, voices, and themes.
You agree to use the App solely for lawful and appropriate purposes.
Any misuse, including uploading inappropriate, harmful, violent, or sexually explicit (“+18”) content, is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Content & User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or generate within the App.
If you upload +18, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful material, you acknowledge and agree that:
- RN Studio has no liability whatsoever for such content.
- You assume full legal responsibility for consequences arising from your actions.
- Any resulting stories or outputs are solely your responsibility and do not represent RN Studio.
The App is not intended for adult or explicit content, and any attempt to use it for such purposes is a violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including software, design, text, graphics, audio, and features, belong to RN Studio.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App for unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

DinoTale AI offers weekly and monthly subscription plans.
Payments are processed exclusively through App Store and Google Play.
RN Studio does not access, store, or process credit card or banking details.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Outputs generated by the App (stories, images, or audio) are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered factual, educational, or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

RN Studio shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Any loss arising from user-uploaded +18 or inappropriate content.
- Any damages resulting from misuse of the App outside its intended purpose (children’s storytelling).
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RN Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

Your use or misuse of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your uploaded content, including adult or harmful material.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved in the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will become effective once published in the App.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
